Being as a Taiwan-funded enterprise established in October 1997, ShangJiaHao Hardware (ShenZhen) Co., Ltd. mainly orients to producing precision hardware mould and developing precision hardware punches professionally, having expanded its operating scale rapidly, which can be reflected from a two-storey workshop that covers nearly 10,000m 2 area, its total 15,000m 2  factory acreage and over seventies sets of mechanical equipments.
Having been engaged in making hardware mould for many years, ShangJiaHao Hardware (ShenZhen) Co., Ltd. is capable of manufacturing large amounts of punch mould in diversified types, having accumulated rich experience in continuous modulus, stretch mould, machine case engineering mould, and manipulator transfer engineering mould. With over twenty sets of assorted mould manufacturing machining equipments that includes CNC processing center, the company is capable of contracting bulks of mould development business, having embodied rich experience and maturing techniques in the mould development, design and manufacturing for automobile parts.
In recent years, we own advanced manufacturing equipments and 74 punches from 45T to 300T. Of which, high tonnage punches cover Twenty One 45T，Seven 60T，six 80T, Twenty Four 110T, one 150T, four 160T, five 200T, one 250T and three 300T, which enables us to be capable of taking precision punch order of high ton grade. Besides, our factory is equipped with many sets of interface facilities as multiple-spindle tapping machine and feeder, and precision quality measuring instruments as optical 2-D, 3-D and so on.
